Can They Write A Sentence?

A noun and a verb make up a sentence. When answering questions, the student can use the question to help form the answer.

eg. How many legs does a bug have?
A bug has six legs.

Writing sentences using nouns instead of pronouns is a something that a student should get in the habit of doing when answering questions. This makes their sentences more impressive and it also make those sentences study notes.

To write paragraphs, essays, or reports is incredibly easy using our Paragraph Writing Rules (the complete formula is restricted to subscribed members to help support this site).

See the Reading Skills Index for more information.

See our Teaching Resources for Reading for teaching and practice worksheets, lesson plans, etc.
