Probability

Pondering Probability?

Probabilities are the number of times events are likely to occur over the total number of possible events.

Permutations tell us the number of different ways a group of things can be arranged. The order of the things is important.
eg., 3 boys run a race.

Combinations are the number of ways to group objects. The order of the things is not important.
eg., 3 things for lunch.
